I wanted to express my thanks to all of you that looked after me for my colonoscopy last Friday 23rd of September...
"I came into your office on Friday feeling extremely anxious about the procedure. The entire medical facility gives you a feeling of calm the second you step into the front door. This was followed by both [nurses]'s sunny personalities taking me into their care and calming me down about the procedure. Their whole body language is one of support and care throughout and I wanted you both to know how much that meant to me. [The Doctor]’s upbeat and humorous personality also put me at ease.
You topped off the experience with tea and cake in bed. Wow, now where do you get service like that in this world today, I really don’t know. How lucky am I to live in this wonderful country.
