Areas of expertise:
As a Health Psychologist, Olivia has particular interest in helping people with the management of their physical health conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome, and symptoms associated with the gut such as nausea and vomiting. She also has extensive experience in working with eating difficulties, weight loss, adjustment, and stress management.
Olivia has had training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a therapy which has been clinically proven to decrease the emotional burden associated with gut-related symptoms, and can in some cases, improve physical symptoms.
We understand that your symptoms are real, and that they are distressing. Working with a Health Psychologist assists you in adjusting to and managing your physical health symptoms, and aims to improve your overall quality of life.
